Angela Aili

I've always had a passion for numbers and clear, organized information. After spending eight years as a dental hygienist, I made a major career transition and entered the world of finance.

I began as an accounting assistant at a company of about 40 employees, and over the next three years, I advanced into the role of CFO.

During my time there, I navigated significant organizational changes—new ownership, multiple new companies and locations, and a growing team that expanded beyond 50 employees. I excelled in building detailed, intuitive spreadsheets that made both current and projected cash flow easy to understand.

My priority was always to empower the owners to make confident, data-driven decisions rather than relying on emotion. Numbers tell a story, and I made it my mission to bring that story to life in a way that supported smart, strategic growth.
